A glowing curtain rod bathes in light the draped fall of an old satin fabric. The light sheds over the softness of its satin sheen and the roughness of its mended scars.

The piece is all made with recovered elements: two knitted ropes sustain the horizontal LED light tube that holds a satin curtain with hand-darned tears.​​
