Silk Porn

Silk Porn is a textile collection that features codified and distorted pornographic images from google search. The carnal and lascivious connotations inherent to those images are extracted to leave only their shapes and proportions with inverted colours. The explicitness is turned into subtleness, as content can only be perceived if knowing what to look for.

Project in collaboration with Lucas Muñoz Muñoz for Studio Parasite and Studio La Cube’s ongoing exhibition with Italian book editorial Corraini Edizioni. A family of four large 250x140cm voile textiles and fourteen 69x69cm silk handkerchiefs, which images include a myriad of sexual combinations, positions and possibilities.
