Hammocs

These set of seven hammocks are a contemporary version of the classical scissor system pool-side hammocks. Their design, elaborated by Lucas Muñoz and Joan Vellvé Rafecas, and with the textile support of Inés Sistiaga, follows a materiality concept from Lucas that aims to introduce, in a leisure space, a comment on the life cycle of man made materials in contrast with natural ones. Made with aluminium and nylon, their name calls to understand the non-natural properties of these materials.
